 Westwinds..the Friendly Village

Welcome to Westwinds Village, known as the “Friendly Village”, located in beautiful Bradenton, Florida.  We are a resident owned property, a co-operative established for age-qualified seniors 55+. Our village showcases over 400 developed sites for mobile homes. 

Established in April of 1991 Westwinds has a strong history of friendship and camaraderie among our residents. We present an  enjoyable lifestyle for young at heart seniors.  

Not only do we have a premier location on State Road 70 (SR 70), close to shopping, beaches, movies, golf, bowling, etc., Westwinds offers many amenities for you to enjoy right here on-site.  Our 4,000 sq. ft. clubhouse is the center attraction for numerous events throughout the year.  Parties such as Mardi Gras, Valentine Dances, Fish Fry Dinners, Pot Lucks and Pancake Breakfasts are just a few of the events you can choose to attend. 

If it’s a pool you want, we proudly offer a 110,000 gallon T-shaped heated pool with depths from 4′ to 8.5′.  A beautiful site to see!
