WHAT IS A CO-OPERATIVE?

Every SHAREHOLDER owns a share of the entire park.  Insurance on your mobile home is obtained by you.  The common buildings like the office and clubhouse are insured under the Westwinds park policy.

ARE THERE MAINTENANCE FEES?

There is a monthly maintenance fee (currently @ $195.00) which covers  your water, sewer, basic cable, internet, lawn mowing, trash and recycled materials removal and all of the amenities of the park.

EMPTY LOTS AVAILABLE FOR SALE?

We currently have no empty lots available.   

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

Yes, we are a pet-friendly park. Pets allowed are dogs/cats (under 25lbs at full growth.). If you are renting, please check with the owner also.

CAN GUESTS STAY OVERNIGHT?

Yes, guests are allowed to stay for up to 30 days; just sign in at the office.

DO YOU PROVIDE FINANCING?

No, we do not provide financing.  However, local banks or credit unions are a source to seek financing from if necessary.

DO YOU DO BACKGROUND CHECKS?

All residents/renters must obtain a background check through the office prior to admission and an application for residency or visiting longer than 30 days.

ARE YOU A GATED PARK?

No, we are semi-gated.  Two entrance/exits are provided for our residents – one is gated off  Natalie Way and the main entrance is not, off 53rd Avenue (SR 70).
